Hello, I’m Elena. I help others feel strong, capable, and confident in their own bodies through personalized training and nutrition guidance. I hold a Master’s degree in Athletic Training and a certification in Nutrition Coaching, which allows me to combine safe, effective workouts with practical, real-life nutrition strategies.
My approach focuses on creating programs that fit your life, not the other way around. Together, we’ll build sustainable habits to help you move better, eat well, and feel your best every day. Fitness should empower you, not overwhelm you, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
